SmartFleet Management System is a comprehensive logistics platform developed to streamline operations for transportation and delivery companies. The client approached ÓRBITA DISCIPLINADA with the challenge of modernizing their manual vehicle tracking system and bringing all data points into one smart, automated platform.
The project began with a deep discovery phase, where our team worked closely with the client’s operations and IT departments to map their existing workflows. We identified key inefficiencies in route planning and reporting and proposed a modular system architecture that could scale with their expanding fleet.
We designed an intuitive dashboard that visualizes live tracking data on interactive maps, provides AI-based route suggestions, and generates instant performance reports. The platform was developed using React for a fast, responsive front-end experience, while Node.js and MongoDB handled backend scalability and real-time communication.
Our goal was to design a system that not only tracked vehicles in real time but also delivered insights on performance, fuel consumption, driver behavior, and maintenance schedules. Through a blend of innovative design and powerful backend architecture, we built a platform that empowers logistics managers to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
